Un dispensaire rural construit par le conseil régional de La Mé avec l’appui de la structure Nitidae a été
inauguré le 9 novembre 2023, à Koutoukro 1, un village de la sous-préfecture d’Allosso, département d’Alépé.
En présence du sous-préfet d’Allosso, du représentant du conseil régional, des chefs de service et chefs de
village de la sous-préfecture, des guides religieux et d’une foule nombreuse sortie pour la circonstance.
Tanoh Désiré, sous-préfet d’Allosso a félicité les populations et la chefferie pour leur contribution à la
réalisation de ce beau rêve en mettant surtout un logement à la disposition de l’infirmier à qui il a conseillé
l’humilité seul gage de la réussite de sa mission et de son intégration. Pour l’autorité administrative, cette
réalisation s’inscrit dans le cadre de la politique ‘’ La Côte-d’Ivoire solidaire’’ prônée par le chef de l’Etat,
Alassane Ouattara. Pour le représentant du conseil régional, Anin Mathurin, Patrick Achi, le président,
entend ainsi moderniser tous les villages avant 2028 avec la réalisation des infrastructures de base pour
le bien-être des populations. L’autonomisation des femmes et des jeunes a-t-il poursuivi, fait partie des
priorités de l’ancien premier ministre. Au dire de Dr. Attro Charles, directeur départemental de la santé,
de l’hygiène publique et de la couverture maladie universelle, ce dispensaire va davantage rapprocher les
populations des soins de santé de base et booster la qualité des soins. Il a conseillé de l’utiliser à bon escient.
Sa seule doléance à l’endroit des pouvoirs publics, est la réhabilitation des routes pour permettre aux engins
roulants (ambulance, motos) mis à leur disposition d’avoir une longue durée de vie.
