Afin de booster le développement du département d’Alépé, des femmes exerçant dans divers domaines
d’activités ont créé il y a quelques temps, l’Union des Jeunes Femmes Engagées pour le Développement
d’Alépé (UJFEDA). Les activités de cette nouvelle union ont été lancées le 28 octobre 2023 au foyer des
jeunes d’Alépé. Pour la présidente, Marie Paule Blé, il s’agira à travers cette structure d’œuvrer en faveur
de l’autonomisation des femmes en milieu rural, d’identifier et de remédier aux maux quels elles sont
confrontées, de promouvoir un leadership d’impact au féminin. Pour marquer leur détermination à
réussir ce pari, un panel qui avait pour thème « L’impact du leadership féminin dans la développement
rural. » a été animé par Mme Dago Guy Emmanuela, chef de cabinet du préfet du département,
Dr. Anaman Narcisse, médecin, cadre du département et Mme Operi Chantal, directrice de l’institution
d’éducation et formation féminine( Ifef) de Montézo. Tous les trois ont invité les femmes à taire les
conflits d’intérêts, à produire davantage dans le secteur du vivrier, à se former en entrepreneuriat, à
s’intéresser aussi aux métiers de la couture, de la coiffure, la mécanique, la pâtisserie etc.
Tour à tour, Vivien Anoh, délégué départemental des jeunes de Côte-d’Ivoire (Cnjci), N’cho Christophe,
député d’Alépé, la marraine Mme Honorine Ollo Née Nazert présidente directrice générale de CI-Tours
et Tra Bi Désiré, secrétaire général de la préfecture, représentant le préfet du département, ont encouragé
la présidente et son équipe pour cette initiative. Ils leur ont conseillé de fédérer toutes les associations et
autres groupements féminins pour amener toutes les femmes à comprendre le bien-fondé de cette nouvelle
structure. « La tache ne sera pas facile. Mais sachez que le développement que vous venez d’enclencher
sortira le département de sa situation de léthargie. Montrez vous donc à la hauteur. » a insisté le secrétaire
général.
