Le bureau du directeur du Centre d’Education de Formation et d’Insertion des Aveugles de Toumodi
(CEFIAT) sis dans l’enceinte dudit établissement Zan Bi Tra Noel a servi de cadre à un entretien qu’il
a eu avec la presse sur sa propre initiative. C’était le vendredi 20 octobre dernier.
Le premier responsable du CEFIAT Zan Bi Tra Noel était assisté de son plus proche collaborateur
Bailly Bagui Abessolo professeur de musique de fonction mais encadreur à la dite école.
L’essentiel pour ces dirigeants de l’école des aveugles de Toumodi était de traduire leur
reconnaissance à leur bienfaiteur en la personne d’Ange Félix N’dakpri fils et cadre de Toumodi,
délégué communal du Pdci-Rda.
Zan Bi Tra Noel a dit: » Je dirige cet établissement depuis le 18 novembre 1999.
Les 3 premières années, l’école était en phase expérimentale. C’est par les bons résultats que nous avons été confirmés.
Cela veut dire que les enfants travaillent bien. Il faut souligner que les enfants composent à l’entrée
en 6ème, au BEPC et au BAC à Abidjan à la DECO. C’est à dire qu’il faut aller avec les enfants jusqu’Abidjan.
Et souvent, nous cherchons les moyens pour cela. Nous avions besoin de la somme de 500.000 frs.
Jusqu’à la veille des examens, on était bloqué. Dieu qui n’oublie pas ses enfants nous a envoyés un ange
du nom d’Ange Félix N’dakpri, une personne ayant le cœur disposé.
Nous lui avons soumis notre préoccupation et les deux jours qui ont suivi, il a réglé la question.
Nous étions heureux et nous sommes partis avec les enfants à Abidjan où tout s’est si bien passé
que nos enfants ont eus de bons résultats. Il faut dire qu’il y a le séjour ( logement, restauration),
les encadreurs qui les accompagnent parce qu’ils ne sont pas habitués à ceux de l’INIPA ( Institut National
Ivoirien pour la Promotion des Aveugles). Merci infiniment à monsieur Ange Félix N’dakpri, que Dieu Tout
Puissant le bénisse et le comble de ses grâces afin qu’il multiplie ce genre d’actions.
Il est venu, il a vu, et il n’a pas fermé son cœur. A l’entrée en 6ème, ils étaient 2, 1 a réussi, 1 a échoué, 50%.
Au BEPC 5 présentés, 5 réussis. 100%. Au BAC, il était le candidat unique et c’était en quelque sorte notre
joker, vu ses résultats engrangés au cours de l’année. Contre toute attente, les choses n’ont pas marché.
0/1. Pour Bailly Bagui Abessolo, » l’action qu’a menée monsieur Ange Félix N’dakpri est salvatrice.
Cela va droit au cœur non seulement des enfants du Centre, mais aussi de tous ceux qui vont apprendre
la nouvelle. Nous avons été séduits par la spontanéité de son geste.
Dieu le Souverain le bénisse richement et nous lui souhaitons de continuer dans la même veine.
Nous sommes conscients que notre bienfaiteur a un carnet d’adresses assez fourni qualitativement et
un réseau non-négligeable, notamment des relations de haut niveau. Aussi, nous lui demandons de
nous envoyer des partenaires pour soutenir ce centre, pour nous envoyer du matériel didactique.
» Pour boucler notre reportage, le directeur Zan Bi Tra Noel a insisté spécialement sur la doléances
suivante: » Nous avons particulièrement besoin d’un engin de déplacement, un mini car pour
transporter les élèves à l’école.
