Juste après la passation de charges entre le président intérimaire du Pdci-Rda Cowply Boni et le nouveau
président élu Tidiane Thiam, nous avons rencontré le vice-président national du FORUM-PDCI-RDA
N’Guessan Kouakou Kan Hervé par ailleurs président régional du Bélier de la même entité et membre du
grand conseil régional du Pdci-Rda qui s’est exprimé en ces termes: » Merci de m’avoir accordé ce temps
d’échanges concernant la vie de notre grand parti le Pdci-Rda. Tout d’abord, je voudrais saluer la mémoire
de notre très regretté président Henri Konan Bédie, ensuite remercier au passage le président intérimaire,
le professeur Cowply Boni qui a su gérer cette phase avec ses nombreuses péripéties pourqu’on arrive à
ce jour de passation de charges qui a eu lieu entre lui et le nouveau président, le 3eme président du Pdci-
Rda depuis sa création, monsieur le ministre Tidiane Thiam. En effet, il a pris définitivement la tête du parti
à la date du mercredi 24 janvier 2024, qui pour moi marque la fin d’une ère et la début d’une autre.
Je voudrais féliciter notre brillant et charismatique président, Tidiane Thiam d’avoir accepté de conduire le
navire PDCI-RDA. Dès lors, il devient désormais le père de tous les militants et avec toutes les qualités
qu’il a à son actif, nous avons l’assurance qu’il va bien conduire notre parti à bon port pour la victoire
certaine des élections de 2025. Mais pour en arriver là, il sera confronté à gérer plusieurs dossiers,
et comme nous le savons travailleur, compétent et Intelligent , nous n’avons aucun doute sur la réussite
de sa mission. Nous les Forumistes du bélier, nous avons entièrement confiance en lui, et nous nous
mettons à sa disposition pour le travail sur le terrain. En bon visionnaire, il a déjà accordé des audiences
à tous qui étaient candidats au poste de président du Pdci-Rda. C’est vraiment une chance pour le Pdci-
Rda.Toutefois, je voudrais proposer au président d’être beaucoup à l’écoute de ses collaborateurs mais
qu’il prenne en compte ce qui est essentiel et nécessaire pour l’avancée de notre grand parti. Ensuite,
qu’il instruise nos cadres à ce qu’ils fassent un travail de titan, à savoir aider et encourager nos militants
à faire leurs documents électoraux à côté des adhésions massives que nous enregistrons depuis son
avènement dans leur régions respectives, car les élections de 2025, c’est maintenant. Qu’il soit aussi
regardant sur la liste électorale qui est le problème crucial aujourd’hui. Car les gouvernants actuels ont
foncièrement fait des choses irrégulières sur les listes électorales. Pour nous Forumistes, Tidiane Thiam
est l’espoir certain du Pdci-Rda, et aussi du peuple ivoirien qui n’a que trop souffert de la mauvaise
gouvernance. Mon message aux militants et aux militantes est celui d’un espoir à travers notre nouveau
champion, le président Tidiane Thiam. Certes, nous venons d’avoir un brillant attaquant d’équipe Pdci-rda,
mais si nous militants qui devons être les autres joueurs de l’équipe, nous ne jouons pas notre part du
jeux qu’il faut pour gagner les adversaires, ça sera difficile pour notre attaquant de gagner des buts qui
passeront pour être des signes de notre victoire en 2025. Donc ,mouillons nos maillots dès maintenant
en occupant de façon régulière et efficiente nos différents terrains. Arrêtons donc d’être des militants de
bureau ou des réseaux sociaux avec TITi notre champion qui veut aller très loin avec nous pour le
bonheur de notre grand parti et celui de la Côte-d’ivoire. Je voudrais pour terminer, dire merci à Dieu
pour la qualification des éléphants pour les 8eme de finale de la CAN. Voyez vous deux évènements
importants se sont produits le même jour du mercredi 24 janvier. Le président Tidiane Thiam prend les
rênes de notre parti et les Éléphants le même jour sont déclarés qualifiés pour les 8eme de finale.
C’est à n’en point douter, un signal fort du bonheur pour les ivoiriens. »
